This home is super comfortable and private plus conveniently located close to beaches, recreation areas, shops, restaurants, and ski areas. Walking distance to downtown and Kings Beach State Park/Beach.
Home also features an open floor plan with a flat-screen TV with Streaming capabilities, a gas fireplace in the living room, an updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances: gas range, fridge with top freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 plus more outside on the gated rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill (summer only).
One of the bedrooms includes a queen bed and feels bigger due to the mirrored sliding closet doors. The bathroom just off the front entry is bright and built-in cabinets and a corner shower area. The second bedroom boasts a custom built "bunk" bed. The floor and middle level beds are full sized, and the top bed is queen sized because it is tucked into an alcove and is accessible by a ladder at the end of the beds. There is also a television that's connected to a DVD/VCR player in this room.
House also has a unitized washer/dryer and a newer 40 gallon water heater. Close to shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Northstar, on bus line.
