THERE IS A GAS FIRE TABLE ON THE UPPER PORCH, A WEBER GAS GRILL IN THE BBQ EATING AREA, AND A WOOD-BURNING FIRE PIT OVERLOOKING THE WATER BY THE ROUND SPIDER SWING. THERE IS ALSO A BIG HAMMOCK TO RELAX ON BY THE LARGE POOL. WE ALSO HAVE AN OUTDOOR SHOWER TO RINSE OFF WHEN GOING FROM THE LAKE TO THE POOL.

THIS PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH A LARGE BRIGHT GREEN 13 FOOT 2 PERSON KAYAK WITH PADDLES, A LARGE STAND UP PADDLE BOARD WITH PADDLES, A 2 PERSON TUBE TO TOW BEHIND THE BOAT & POOL NOODLES ALSO.

THE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH WIFI & LARGE SMART TV'S THROUGOUT THE HOUSE TO ENJOY SOME TV TIME WHEN YOU NEED A BREAK FROM THE SUN. EVERY ROOM HAS A LARGE SMART TV IN IT.
THIS HOME IS ROUTINELY CLEANED FOR YOUR COMFORT & WE PROVIDE FRESH LINENS, BATH TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS, & HAND TOWELS.

We Just Keep Coming Back
This is our 4th year coming to stay at Good Vibes. My husband, our 3 children and their spouses, and 4 grandchildren find this the perfect place. The upper shallow pool was great when the grands were younger. Now all 4 love to go down the slide into the big pool. Plenty of room for everyone. We have created wonderful memories here.

Absolutely perfect for my daughters birthday!
From communication, to check in, to a gorgeous property that has everything you need, this home is ideal. Spacious, clean and tons of activities for kids and family. Our small dog even loved it and was sad to leave today. Each of our guests would love to come back and we are recommending this property to everyone!

Great house!
We stayed with 3 families. 6 adults and 6 kids. The house is so much fun and has amazing amenities and never ending entertainment. The pool was the star of the show, and one day we spent about 6 hours swimming. The kids slept great that night. The boat house is new and works great. The large driveway area is convenient for boat trailer parking. There are 3 refridgerators throughout the house, and we only used two for our 4 night stay. The bunk house is a hit with the kids and the adults appreciated the king size beds that were comfortable. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Our multigenerational group had a wonderful time. The rental was exactly as listed-we had everything we needed. The pools were fabulous and so much fun for everyone. Even this Granny took a slide down the waterslide. The view of the water was beautiful. Some were able to sit on the porch and watch while others fished. The host's information was especially helpful about boat rentals and restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving extended family stay
The outdoor facilities were top-notch. The kids had endless hours of fun in the pool. And paddle borders, kayakers and voters loved the waterfront. House is also very dog friendly. There was plenty of space for our intergenerational group of 10. We loved the nearby accessibility to Longhorn caverns and inks Lake State Park for hikes Communication with the owners was excellent and the house had everything we needed. The only caution I would provide concerns the oven. As the owner information says it is very “powerful“. We found that we had to babysit the food to make sure things didn’t get burned. We were there at Thanksgiving and so did a lot of cooking. Never could get the performance to be reliable. Otherwise, it was an incredibly fun stay

This is a great house! Had a ton of fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool! House has most anything you need. Bigger pots and pans could be needed if you are cooking for a big group.

We stayed 6 nights and had an awesome time. House is very nice and clean. Very spacious. Andrea was great helping us with anything we needed. The maids had forgotten to restock the cabinets with extra toilet paper, Andrea had them dropping some off within 10 min of me letting her know. Most houses that we have rented before get hot in the afternoon and the air conditioner can’t keep up, not this house…it stayed cool all day long. Even the game room was air conditioned and stayed cool. We had a blast playing ping pong, swimming in the pool and on the slide, and playing games around the big dining room table. Another awesome thing about the house is there is an ice maker. We took coolers out on our boat every day and never had to buy ice. There are 3 refrigerators, 2 are in the kitchen/Bar area so we never ran out of space. Boat dock is very large and plenty of room for both our boats. Even caught a couple of fish off the dock. House is conveniently located on the lake near the Boats and Burgers place. Definitely would want to rent again.

Had fun great location The cleaning people were still there at 415 when check in was 4 There are notes all over the house with rules and do and not do etc 3 weeks after vacation I get a note that I’m being charged $120 bucks Told we stained a dish towel? Told we broke cabinets in a closet. These were broken already. My son in law removed them already broken because he put our grandsons sleeper in the open closet to give more space in room. A yellow planter in the master room was broken when we arrived. My daughter even told me to take a pic so I would not get charged I do not know how this person cwoukd know who did what since the house was not even ready when we arrived. Very irritating especially when you pay so Much and the. People decide to charge without even knowing which guest it was for Ho broke it but it was not my family

Great Property, exactly as advertised
We had a large group of adults for a annual reunion and this property worked out wonderfully. The place was great, no big surprises and the owner gave us all the info we needed both through VRBO messages and printouts in the house. Location was very convenient to grocery store and boat rental. Would recommend!

Great property, especially if you plan to stay put. The pool area was great, we used the basketball hoop, there was YouTube tv for football, and we had everything we needed to cook! There are a lot of instructions / rules, so it’s important to be attentive to that but it was manageable. Great stay!

Great Location
Located close to boat rental and not too busy street. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun at pool. Having access to boat dock right at property was a plus.
