The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The rooms are very comfortable. However, the staff seemed disinterested, only there to check in and check you out. Even worse, the previous occupant of my room smoked, and the room was still full of smoke. I informed the staff before general check-in and asked them to change my room because I have severe asthma and sleep apnea. I provided them with my contact information because I had to leave for an errand. Nobody contacted me back, and nothing was done; it seemed like they didn't care. I was told that the hotel was full, and there was nothing they could do, even though they could've easily switched rooms with someone who didn't have severe medical issues as I purposely went to them BEFORE general check in. I often stay at hotels because of the staff and the service, which I definitely did not get here. The front desk person on night shift showed more care than the day person who looked at me like I was more bothering her and being demanding. I ended up having to go to the hospital for nebulization, and all I got was an assurance that they would email me about it.

We had very bad experience while stay there. I would say Strata hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. Poor service, not friendly staff, very very small rooms, bad smells, stains on pillowcases and bedsheets, not enough lights in room, ridiculous shower made for only kids not for adults. No information provided upon check in where to go, where to park, what is wifi password. Nothing, expensive for nothing. I would highly recommend to everyone do not book this hotel, you will not enjoy your stay at all. TERRIBLE HOTEL
