Upstairs, from the spacious open kitchen / dining / living areas, enjoy expansive views across Whangamata Bay and the wider lake. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and necessities that a keen cook desires for entertaining and family dining. The east facing deck is great for morning coffee, and the west facing deck over looking the lake is perfect for BBQ’s on the Weber, alfresco dining, and watch the sun set.
Downstairs, the three bedrooms comfortably sleep six. Special features include the ensuite bathroom, walk-through wardrobe plus a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. Two bedrooms open directly onto the private and sheltered paved garden with outdoor furniture. A further two people can sleep in the set of comfortable bunks in the internally accessed garage (which also has the laundry area), however this space is not heated. Beside the house, there is secure off road parking for a boat/sporting equipment on paving behind the lockable gate.
Special conditions:
1. BED LINEN etc:- Travellers MUST BRING their own bed linen (sheets and
pillowcases) towels, bath mats and tea towels. All beds have electric blankets,
duvets, pillows, and extra blankets.
2. CLEANING:- Travellers must leave the house tidy and arrange furniture as found
on arrival. The BBQ must be wiped following use to remove food residue etc.
The Cleaning Fee ($100 per stay) covers the professional cleaner comes afteryou depart to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
3. Travellers must remove their rubbish and recycling from the property.

“CedarView at Kinloch” is a short 3-5 minute walk from the lake edge; the marina and boat ramp; multiple playgrounds;, the local Kinloch Store - open 7 days per week, until 7 pm is stocked with basic general supplies and offers good takeaways.
There is easy access for boating, trout fishing, water-skiing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming and picnicking. For the adventurous, the two popular cycle trails, W2K and K2K, leave from Kinloch, or you can walk these tracks or other numerous walkways. For the golfers, tee off at the 10 hole public golf course or the renowned “Kinloch Club Golf Course” – rated the best in New Zealand. And you are only 20 kms or 20 minute drive to “Wairakei Terraces and Thermal Health Spa”; or to Taupo with many restaurants, good shopping numerous tourist attractions.
