This is the perfect holiday destination - a well-equipped 3-bedroom holiday home which is absolute oceanfront. Two-minute walk to the take-away / general store and restaurant; and only seconds walk 'til your feet are touching the beautiful golden sands and refreshing waters of Merry Beach.

This is as good as it gets! Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Wooroonga Crescent with no passing traffic and no roads to cross on your way to the beach, you've just found the perfect holiday destination!

Living and entertaining space
Relax out on the front balcony and enjoy simply stunning views over the beach and ocean. It's the perfect spot to sit back with a coffee and soak up the views and that fresh, salty breeze, while contemplating the days adventures.

Strategically designed windows mean the gorgeous outlook continue indoors to the open plan lounge and dining area, where you'll find plush lounges, a TV and a 6-seater dining table, as well as a gas heater for cooler evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. There is also a second dining area and sitting area, which leads out to the large, covered entertaining deck that overlooks the backyard. Gather the family around, cook up the BBQ and settle in for those leisurely holiday afternoons that run into evening.

Additional Features
This property is pet friendly (outside only please). The backyard has recently been fully fenced, to keep your dog safe while you enjoy your holiday. Any extra cleaning required e.g. pet hair etc, will be deducted from the guests security deposit.

Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. Unfortunately, there is no garage access for tenants.

This property is self-contained but not serviced. Linen, sheets, towels, toiletries etc are not provided.

Location
Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water and bushland and just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Relax on the Beach, mingle with the local kangaroos or take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks are only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.

Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays and there is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters at the Ulladulla Oyster Bay in Ulladulla, both only 30 minutes drive from Kioloa.

For the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Zoo is a must. Take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the white lions, the only ones in Australia! While at Mogo take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town the Gold Rush Theme Park. Here you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel, check out the digger's camp or just simply enjoy a picnic by the lake.

Kioloa Surfside Stay
We love staying at this property, it is the best place to relax and unwind. Love the location and beautiful Merry Beach, wildlife and coastal walks. The property is clean, has lovely decked areas and has pretty much everything you need inside. We keep coming back. :)

Lovely holiday home with a view.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view of Merry Beach. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Excellent Patio and BBQ, which was also clean. It literally only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach from the house.

House not clean dirty mattress protector on main bed with semen and pubic hair 🤮everything we used in kitchen needed to be washed Unfortunately weather was not great couldn’t use dryer as plug on lead had been cut off bins over flowing and I think it was phone cable laying as low as lawn nearly very hard to get into driveway Very disappointed

Excellent property
It was my birthday and I wanted to find a quiet place, where I could sit out on a deck overlooking a beach for a few days. This property was absolutely perfect. The listing is exactly as per the house .. it is so rare to find that. House was well equiped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone. My son really loved the giant TV, but didn’t really watch it .. he was too busy at the beach, which was just across the road. We had no mobile phone service, and the teenagers did not even complain! A miracle in itself. Kioloa is a lovely area and the local stores have everything you could need, but we barely left the house. We didn’t want to. It was a relaxing long weekend that we are keen to repeat and will definitely be staying at the property again.
