Rooms were big enough, very clean and breakfast selection was great. Patio was great but too cold to use it. Parking is about 10 steps from the unit with a gravel path—might be troublesome for some.

This place was amazing, the people, room and included breakfast was fantastic. We are planning to return in the summer and will 100% be booking our stay @ Magma. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. We loved this place!

Such a modern well-equipped room. The lake view did make everyone feel relaxing. Suggest adding road signs or giving prior information to locate the reception.

Would definitely stay again
We wish we could have stayed here longer. Our cabin faced the lake and we had a view of the northern lights from bed. Breakfast was included and was very good. The room was extremely nice and comfortable. We were surprised to find a mini frig in there as well.

Nice cabins unfortunately there is no ability to park near the more expensive upscale cabins hence it means carrying your heavy suitcases in the pouring rain from the main car park all the way to your cabin. Not ideal!!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel!! It was very clean and had a delicious complimentary breakfast. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel while overlooking a lake with grazing horses. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Iceland!

This was our favorite hotel during our stay in Iceland. We had a spacious room with an incredible view of the water and we enjoyed watching the neighborhood horses. Our room had a sitting area with a small sofa and chair. All the amenities that we needed were included. The breakfast buffet was also a treat. All in all, this hotel was a real treat.
