Charged my credit card twice for incidental. When I called. I talked to three different people. The last person was so rude, after I told him I only authorized one hold for incidental. He told me he can't do anything and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Nice, spacious, comfortable room. The property was very conveniently located. It always annoys me to have to pay additionally for parking on an open lot when the room rate is already fairly high for a 3* hotel however.
