Great hotel to stay for Tokyo Disney. Nice and spacious rooms with Disney Park views available. Right across from Bayside Station for the Tokyo Disney Resort Line. Bus transportation available as well to the parks and Maihama station. Theres a Lawson in the hotel as well as many other food options. The breakfast buffet was great as well.

Fantastic room and hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, good shower, large gym, handy convenience store and other shops. I particularly liked that they give you a water jug with refill points in the corridors rather than bottled water, plus wooden keycards. Only thing to be aware of is that the indoor pool is sadly not free.

Great hotel for disney resorts. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family of 5. Fabulous view of Maihama bay. Free shuttle to Disneyland resort. Across the street from monorail station which take you you to Disney sea for 150 yen. About a $1. We loved staying here.

We stayed here for easy access to DisneySea. Overall a good and convinient stay. The Monorail is about a 5-7 min walk, there is a bus that goes to the Bayside station but no bus service to DisneySea from this hotel. We didn't opt for breakfast, there is a Lawson's in the building so got dinner and breakfast from there instead. The buffet breakfast was an additional approc $40 per adult and $25 per child, so that option is always there.
