We loved that transportation is provided to and from the parks. Lawson within the hotel. Snacks and drinks daily. And a whole store of complimentary toiletries available. We had a wonderful time!

I like almost everything about it, checking in rather slow though because they only have so many staffs and counter. But, apart from that all the facilities are excellent. It’s quite old but it’s clean, I love the feet massager and the welcome lounge, it’s quite unique for a hotel to have that.

This hotel was great! Everyone was so kind and the hotel took extra consideration to accommodating everyone in any need or situation that could occur. Transportation was very convenient with a shuttle to Disney as well as the train station being in front of the hotel. And the breakfast buffet was great with everything being replenished so quickly and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland and absolutely loved this hotel! The room was great. Amenities fantastic including the Yuzu bath salts much needed after lots of walking. We ate dinner here and purchased the breakfast- both were fantastic with lots of delicious options. Very clean. Lovely evening welcome lounge with complimentary candy, pancakes, cotton candy, drinks and alcoholic beer and sake. Very safe easy transportation.

The hotel is very close to a station via an overpass. There was some shopping around which made things convenient. The Lawson's in the hotel came in clutch numerous times. My only complaints were the one key card, and the structure of housekeeping. The house keeping was explained ahead of time so it wasn't a surprise. Just would have preferred a more frequent housekeeping schedule. As for the key card, I didn't ask for another. I just assumed it was policy for one card. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights when we were going to Disney. The free Disney shuttle is very convenient, and the hotel is located steps from the train with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a very busy hotel. They have a welcome bar with candy for the kids and beer/wine for the parents but in the evening, it is so busy there is nothing welcoming about it. The breakfast buffet was giant with everything you could imagine, it was pricey, but convenient if you were trying to get an early start to go to Disney. Again, the breakfast buffet is super busy if you go after about 8:00 so if you like a leisurely breakfast enjoying your coffee then don’t go here. The luggage storage was extremely convenient. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re going to Disney (a bit on the pricey side), just very crowded at the hotel and at Disney so beware. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, this isn’t the hotel for you.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay - Delightful Disney Stay

Wonderful stay for a family of 6. Dining options on site are excellent, with different choice of restaurants and cuisines. Mall directly across the street provides delightful options for desserts, more dining and shopping. The Lawson convenience store onsite is perfect to grab snacks, drinks - including adult beverages - and small meals, perfect for a late night or even for a quick breakfast or lunch. Shuttle services to the Tokyo Disney Resort area are plentiful, as well as taxis and, of course, the subway. We'll definitely stay again on a Tokyo Disney vacation.
