We enjoyed our stay! Good, clean size rooms. Convenient location. Shoe dryer came in handy as it rained the day we were at Disney. Located at shin Urayasu train station (connected/ 2 minute walk). 20 mins from Tokyo station. Free shuttle bus to and from Disney (or catch the train/one stop). Welcome bar - free drinks inc beer and wine / candy/ fairy floss/pancakes from 2-11 pm. Amenities room for small items such as face wash/ razors. Buffet breakfast. Luggage forwarding service. Lawsons on property. McDonald’s/starbucks/food court /chemist/ supermarket a 5 minute walk. A couple of malls close by too.

Staff were not overly friendly. This is mainly a hotel in Chiba that many stay at to go to Disney. I appreciated the cleanliness. While the included food and drink items were a nice touch it was very congested and had a lot of tourists who were not on their best behaviour. Many great restaurants across the bridge. It was convenient.

Absolutely loved staying at Oriental hotel. The facilities, amenities, everything was geeat. Loved the frequent shuttles to and from disney parks and the convenience to the trains as well as the shopping centres across the road. It was so convenient to grab dinner or dine at the on site restaurants. The amenities were alsp great woth provision of nappies and even toys and dining cutlery and plates when needed. My only qualm was when we booked, the breakfast buffet was free for 4yos which we specifically checked when booking on the platform but when we turned up to breakfast, it turns out either the pricing had changed or Expedia records were incorrect resulting in is having to pay for our 4yo breakfast each morning. Please rectify this.

Room & bed were nice & comfy. The only bad point is the check-in. We had to line up for 1 hour just to check in. 2 days prior, the hotel emailed us to do online check-in which promises an expedited self check in, however when we get to the hotel none of the staff knew what self check-in was.

We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Took advantage of the dedicated check in for Oriental Floor. Used my reward nights for 2 nights. Enjoyed the ReFa hairdryer and shower that we also bought the same in Ginza. Convenient to stay near Shin Urayasu station with 3 malls and several restaurants. Self service for leaving the baggage after check out.

The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo.

2 nd time lodging at Oriental hotel and we loved it. It’s convenient and the best of both worlds, there is a great shopping area across the street with local restaurants,grocery store,gym,train station also there is a free shuttle bus to Disney. While is a meet and greet lounge with free beer,wine,ice cream cotton candy & more that you can relax, Con= no gym

Great food and excellent service. The only thing is that laundry is not free for guests like other oriental hotels and no privacy as it’s located at the main lobby. But overall, satisfied with our stay.
