Villa Livadia is a 2 bedroom villa situated on a slope of a hill. It is a villa like home with a shaded dining area under a pergola overlooking the oblong private pool (11 x 4, 5m) with whirlpool and Livadia bay makes it a superb residence for holidays. A staircase leads to the private pool, the sun deck and the garden.

The interior is split up to two levels. The lower level hosts the open-plan living, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The big windows offer magnificent views of the sea & landscape. The color of the openings creates a natural frame to the pictures it offers. The higher level is consisted of the master bedroom, the twin bedroom and one bathroom with Jacuzzi. The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has direct access to the balcony leading to the private pool and the garden. Special feature of the bathroom is the bath tub which is situated beneath the floor surface. The twin bedroom is situated on the east side of the villas and the separate bathroom with Jacuzzi with the blue colored ceiling gives a sense of relaxation.

Belle Villa crétoise typique en pierre avec magnifique vue mer
Bel emplacement avec vue mer dans un petit village isolé ou calme et sérénité sont au rendez vous malgré le manque d’intimité (terrasse et piscine) du aux vis à vis non signalés dans l’annonce et sur les photos. A noter que l’eau chaude ne fonctionne pas !!!

Huge beautiful swimming pool very well cleaned each day. We appreciated our stay.
The house we rent had two bedrooms. This villa could have 5 stars if it had more cutlery & plates and if the air conditionner was less loud. The villa is well situated and has a wonderful sea view.

Séjour au calme et avec une super piscine
La maison est au calme et permet de se reposer en profitant d’une belle vue. La piscine est très confortable et bien entretenue. La maison est agréable même si elle parait moins bien entretenue (fuites d’eau).
