I have stayed at the Hampton Inn numerous times (diff locations). This one was TRULY disappointing. The bed sheets has what looked like parts of a tangerine peel and a small blood stain. They came and changed it right away. Later on grabbed a coffee and when I went to heat it up, I noticed our microwave was not working. Breakfast is one of the main reasons I book Hampton Inn, usually fantastic. This was really bad. The potatoes were cold, the eggs were super over cooked and the apple juice was completely watered down. So below the standard I expect from a Hampton Inn, would not book this location again.

We came to town to ride on the Waterloo Central Railway (Santa train!!l) and were pleasantly surprised a how conveniently located the hotel was to the train stop and St. Jacob's market. We loved the pool and breakfast as well!

Lovely stay
Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and it was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors or anyone in the hallway which was nice. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The pillows however were super soft and gave minimal head support. Having an option for firmer pillows or extra pillows in the room would have been nice.

My daughter and I stayed here. It was a pleasant stay, nice, clean etc until I went to have a shower in the morning and there was little to no hot water. I reported it to the front desk at check out, and they apologized but that was it.
