For the most part it was fine but the mattress was too hard for me. Woke up with a sore back. But I am sure others may find it fine for them. Walk-in shower would be safer with a stronger water pressure would be nice. As seniors that would make our lives easier.

It was a comfy bed, great staff. Great location and amenities. Cleanliness: The rugs were stained, the table lamps shade super stained, grout in washroom and around faucets, backsplash quite dirty. I had to buy Lysol wipes to clean several areas of the room including a very dirty remote control. Bathroom door would not close properly and shower water pressure was not strong. Old faucets, lamps. Entrance to hotel was very tricky to find and not clear signage which made it harder to find at night. Having some benches by the front entrance would be a good idea for those waiting for visitors, taxis and just wanting to get a bit of fresh air. There was a patio type area out in the back but it was constantly being used by smokers.
