Our stay was just OK ... lights would not dim; it was like a runway in the living room. The bathroom was tiny. The bedroom was also very average. Our card key would not work in the front door late at night, so we had to go to the back of the building and get in through the parking garage. We would not stay at this property again.

Great poshy place
We had a great experience. The host was very helpful during my stressful moment trying to get into the building. I didn’t know a key app was needed prior to but super quick and easy once I figured it out :). The apartment is well equipped, very clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom. Parking was easy to find also. Great location

The fridge has an error code and has been beeping since I arrived. Before bed I realized that the beeping was coming from the fridge. No was to stop it. It kept me up all night. When I arrived the check in digital key didn't open any doors. Had to contact via text and ask for help. Was given physical key cards. There was an angry, screaming woman in the elevator when I arrived which made me feel unsafe. The unit had been cleaned but there were hairs on the throw pillows and in the shower and on the bathroom floor. This was really gross, to say the least. I'm not impressed with my stay at all and will not stay here again.

Very disappointed that my credit card was charged in USD despite being an accommodation in Canada and on a booking site with other properties all in CAD. Felt like I was deceived. There was also a lot of pet hair throughout and I was not informed prior to arrival that my room was pet friendly.

This place was even better than I expected. Beautiful, modern, clean space. High ceiling, spacious and a great open layout. Well furnished and kitchen was stocked with all the tools you need to cook. Really cozy, makes you want to stay “home”. Big patio with a view. Convenient location close to all the restaurants and shops on King. Also, very convenient digital key download to access the building and suite with your phone. I would definitely book again.

Once you figure out how to use the OpenKey system for getting in and out of the building and your apartment, all is gold! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for use and Vincenzo’s grocery store is a two minute walk away. Super convenient location to public transit and Uptown Waterloo.

A fantastic place to stay! Modern, clean, quiet and great hosts. My daughter and I were surprised with a room upgrade which we very much enjoyed and appreciated. The view was amazing. Later in the evening we even enjoyed some Netflix which was also provided.
