The Clarion Hotel in Kastrup offers great convenience for travelers needing close access to the Copenhagen Airport, with the added benefit of a direct indoor walkway to airport check-in. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick, energetic, and welcoming, immediately setting a friendly tone for the stay. The hotel’s restaurant stood out with its old-fashioned cocktail, casual ambiance and food menu providing satisfying dining experience.

We were amazed at the personal care we received here. The room was spacious and beautiful and comfortable. Amazingly there was no sound from the airport even though it was just across the street. The Social Bar and Grillecwas an excellent dining choice with wonderful food and an excellent staff to take care of your every need. There is no doubt that when we return to Copenhagen that this will be our choice hotel.

Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was highly communicative, offered excellent travel information. Meals were excellent, particularly the huge breakfast buffet. Perfect place to relax before flying back to USA.

Check in was okay but was told there will be extra charge as we arrived one hour before check in time. We therefore chose to leave the luggage for storage and ventured out into the city until after 9pm! In the room the toilet don’t seem to be very up to standard - the long bath had a big chip and we found hair inside the bath. Toilet bowl was stained and sink trap had a rusty and steel was badly tarnished - due to water conditions ?? Worst of all the kettle was not cleared of water and had deposits of calcium inside the pot making the boiled water murky - is this due to water conditions in Copenhagen ? !

The room was uncomfortable and dirty. The bed sheets were so rough it made me it itchy. I would recommend people go into the city for a good night of sleep in a better hotel.
