Carpet stained .walls dirty,unfinished. we were not able to enter our room. The key was not working all the time we were there and no one was able to correct it and I cannot reach the property. I can’t get a number online. We requested a refund and they agreed so perhaps you can help me with this Expedia since I booked it through you. I need a direct number to the hotel country Inn Radisson in Knoxville on Cedar Run. No one has contacted me and we left our number. Please reply.

Dirty. Unable to refund any of my money even though I literally just checked in, walked up to room, realized it was a slum and immediately went down to request a refund. Blamed it on third party booking.

We stayed here after a VOLS football game. We typically stay outside of Knoxville bc properties are full and very expensive on game weekends. Every other property we’ve stayed at in these surrounding areas has at least been updated and this property has not. It’s very outdated comsmetically, TVs are old and had static, furniture, lamp shades, etc had scuffs and holes. It was however very clean (especially bathroom), bed was comfy and staff were nice and helpful. Also easy to get in/out of. Breakfast was included but just ok.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is in need of being updated. You can tell it had been cleaned but the carpet was stained and the facility overall just looked like it needed a good facelift.

When we stayed here a few years ago, the hotel was being renovated. I couldn’t believe that it looked ready for another renovation. The curtains were pulling from the hooks and the bathroom looked old other than the countertop. Also, they filled the hot tub with cement.

Locations all it has going for it
Check in was great. The rooms were not maintained. Needs some serious repair and updating. 2/10 because it was a convenient location to the hospital. They also charged my card for an addition two nights and tried to say it was a “hold”(it was not) Would not recommend.
