Check in was weird. Staff asking me about the bank I use (popular chain) and why I didn’t know they don’t have a branch in my state. Overcharge for parking when they don’t own the garage and you can use the garage app to get a better price. Rooms are old and very noisy - hear the person in the next room coughing and tv all night. Charges for water bottles when other Hiltons provide for free.

This was a great place to stay for game weekend. The staff was excellent. The outdoor bar was great after a long day with live music and fire pits. The staff made a big effort to make our stay fantastic. The location is great for walking to campus, restaurants, and shopping.

Vandalized car
My car was vandalized in the parking garage overnight. Windshield smashed and trunk and right side of car all scratched. Knoxville Police Department was much more responsive than anyone at the Hilton. Pretty sad look by the Hilton.

Highly recommend!!! Wonderful stay. Staff is incredible and having a Starbucks in the lobby is ideal for me. Marble City Kitchen was delicious. Any trip to Knoxville should include this hotel.
