This is an older property with limited amenities. The hotel is clean and tidy but showing its age. The TV on our room didn’t allow us to change the channel without knowing which channel was next. The carpet in the room was clean but old. The beds are comfortable but the springs make noise if you move at night. The bathroom looked to be updated about 4-5 years ago and was clean but again aged. Not a bad experience over all just an old Hotel.

It was a very busy weekend in Knoxville because Morgan Wallen was in concert. We needed an early check in and despite being very busy managing check ins, the phones, etc, she was very nice and accommodating and was able to get us an early check in. The property is pretty old but clean and was just fine for our stay.
