Amazing Experience
This hotel was amazing. First time staying in Knoxville area. The front desk staff was very helpful very friendly. Any question I had they answered didn’t know this place had a full bar and restaurant and they had karaoke. The bartender. Manny was amazing the female bartender as well just a great time. Stayed there for three days. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Knoxville area.

We got stuck having to stay 3 days instead of one because of the large winter storm an could not get threw to Ohio from fla, I ask the desk if I could get a break on the price since we were stranded , they said no ! So sad ..

Hotel was decent but very outdated. Pool area was very cold and pool heater seemed to be out of order. Hot tub was small. Rooms are small and dingy. Fine for one night while passing through but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

Overall very very satisfied with staying here. The only thing that surprised me a little was that there wasn't any complimentary breakfast. I don't expect anything extravagant but just some cereal or something would have been good but I will definitely stay there again. Very nice area and clean room.

Older hotel, appeared clean but maybe a tad tired and dated. Hot tub was a weird green color, basket ball court out of service. No coffee anywhere, no cups in the room even though had k cups. It was just ok for a night.

Not what I expected
My husband is handicapped and I reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower. While I was checking in, I asked if the room was accessible and the front desk gentleman said “YES” that it was!! When we walked in we immediately realized that it was not accessible at all. I called to the front desk and asked why we were in a regular room after I specifically asked if it were accessible? He explained that our reserved room was not available. The bathroom was so small that my husband wasn’t able to walk in with his walker. He needed a shower chair to sit on, and the front desk guy brought us a dirty patio chair from outside for him to use. The chair barely fit into the shower causing him to have to enter the shower from the toilet side of the shower door with maybe 6 inches of space to get through. I was not happy with anything with this room, especially since we really need to have an accessible room.
