The spacious layout includes a game room with foosball and arcade games, perfect for family-friendly competition, and a separate play area featuring a ping-pong table and pool table—guaranteed to keep everyone entertained for hours.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook up your favorite meals, and the separate coffee station is there for when you need that morning pick-me-up. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
