It is right in the airport which was extremely convenient when we arrived exhausted from our long flight. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and they gave us a free matcha cookie that was so good we had to go buy more downstairs in the shopping area. Unfortunately it is not the most comfortable place to stay, the walls are think and you hear all footsteps and voices easily. The bed is also not very comfortable because it is very hard and small. It is listed as queen size but it's more like a full size. Two people barely fit in it, unless both of you are quite small. Despite all this we were happy just to have a place to sleep without having to exit the airport.

The lobby of this airport hotel was very nice - two seating areas in the lobby were comfortable with some reading materials and an area for children with children's books.The Lobby was quite large and near many shopping areas and restaurants. The food is delicious in Osaka and it is all right there at the ITM airport. My appointed room was small but equipped with everything, and very clean. I had a great night of sleep for my early morning departure flight to return home to the USA. The porter brought me an air purifier which helped as the air was thick and humid - the temperature outside and inside was well into the 80 degree mark. All/everything was very nice!

For the money, this is super convenient, easily accessed, and useful for travelers with early outbound or late incoming flights. Plenty of dining options throughout the terminal, all just steps away.

Had a gourmet dinner at Pepper Mill just a few steps from hotel. You can’t beat the location and many many dining options. Hotel rooms nice size, very comfortable and good value

Friendly staff, easy check in, and very clean room. Arriving from the monorail later at night was a little confusing because the signs to the hotel point to an entrance that is closed after 10pm. We had to go downstairs and ask a convenience store clerk for directions for another entrance.

The hotel is located in the same site as Osaka International airport. So, it is quiet covenant to access to the airport. Particularly, for early morning flight, this location is very appreciated. Check-in & check-out process is simple and smooth. The staff and their service quality is good. Nothing in particular. But, if anything, maybe aging facility
