Fazla Rezervasyon alıp Müsterileri yandaki hotele gönderiyorlar. Biraz bekledim ve seyrettim bir hata degil bilerek ve kasten uygulaniyor, sadece sakin bir halde receptionu seyretmek yeterli. Whattsapp üzeri 2200 TL ödeyen müşteriye oda var bu steden 1800 TL rezerve edeni yandaki iscilerin kaldigi otele. Elimde kayitler var. Kayseriye böyle hizmet.yakismiyor.

Der Service war gut. Das Zimmer schlecht: an der Toilettenbürste fehlte der Griff, das Licht im Flur lies sich nicht ausschalten, Klima funktionierte ("noch") nicht. Das offene Fenster bescherte uns einen die halbe Nacht kläffenden Hund. Ok, dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber mit Klima wäre das Fenster zu gewesen.
