the bathroom is tiny, If you are taller than 5'4" you may have trouble using the toilet. I travelled with my 80 years old mother and she had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom so we had to cancel the reservation and moved to another hotel. the staff there was so helpful and tried very hard to find us a place to stay in town with a bigger bathroom.

Avoid
Generally not recommended due to the condition of the hotel. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were stains on the bed sheets and shower curtain that looked gruesome. There is central air conditioning but the temperature cannot be adjusted and hence it was very uncomfortable and stuffy.

Friendly staff! They tried their best to accommodate my questions in English. The washrooms are quite small even for a small person, but they weren't unbearable for me to use for one night's stay. The location is fantastic to get around the main attractions downtown, and there is a conbini right next door.

従業員の方の親切な対応が、超高級なホテルよりも素晴らしかったです。 朝食もバイキングではなく、プレートの提供でしたが、栄養バランスが考えられており、美味しい家庭の味で朝から大満足でした。 ベットも広く、私には硬さもちょうど良く、朝までグッスリでした。 施設は少し古い感じもしますが、今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番の優しさの塊の様なホテルでした。 お勧めです。

初めての高知旅行でしたが車もすぐ横に駐車場がありドリンク24時間飲み放題は大変助かりました。1番にスタッフさんの行き届いた対応に感激でした。 チェックアウト時にミレーのビスケットが頂けたのも嬉しかったです。
