Honeymoon with views of Fuji
We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon trip to Japan. We loved the views of mount fuji from our bedroom and waking up to a delightful traditional breakfast while looking at fuji dressed with a yukata. The bus offered to transport us back and forth from the station was also very useful and made our journey easier

Overall is good. Some staff are nice, some lack of smile. Location wise is good for a serene and relaxing stay. Indoor and outdoor onsens are a must to try. Dinner a bit over rated. Shuttle bus is a great bonus

The room we got had a wonderful and direct view of Mt. Fuji. Their shared baths are nice and clean, they have both hot and cold tubs. They provide yukatas so that you can go to the baths or lounge in your room with! The outside gardens are so green and lush! They have a koi pond at the front of the hotel, they sell food for the fish so that you may feed them!

This is a great Hotel with Japanese tradition. Very good dinner and breakfast. Excellent view to see Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this one for 2 days relaxing.

It’s an older hotel but very clean and spacious room. The staff are very professional, attentive, helpful and most of all friendly. The buffet options for breakfast had a lot of variety, something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would visit again. Rent a bicycle from the hotel and explore this beautiful little town.

I stayed in Japanese style room - was interesting but did miss a regular style bed. Room was clean and had view of garden. Breakfast has a lot of variety and good shuttle bus into town. Onsen is small but has lots of room. I had a massage and facial - felt refreshed . Overall priced right for the location, nothing fancy. Gardens were beautiful.

This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here as part of our trip around Japan for our honeymoon. The hotel have a regular shuttle bus which takes you from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which is fantastic as we arrived during a horrible storm. Once we did, check in was smooth and the storm cleared to give us one lf the most breathtaking views of Mt Fuji we have ever ever seen. We will never forget it. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortably and the staff are very very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Quiet with fantastic views from room
Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Kawaguchiko. It is more convenient if you’re driving as the carpark is big enough. Staff are really helpful and polite and speaks good English. View of Mount Fuji is fantastic from the room. Onsen is also lovely and has an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor bath.

Great view of Mt. Fuji. You can see from your room. The outdoor onsen is also very nice although it is a little weird for us to be naked openly (swimming pants are not allowed).
