Nice spot for a short stay. No kitchen really, but there is a shared fridge and microwave. Right next to a school where loud kids play baseball into the late evening so if you’re an early sleeper might not be the best retreat. Really convenient for the bikes. The bedding is thin so if you’re used to a fluffy bed, not your cup of tea. The men only have one very small bathroom area (the women’s is much larger and nicer), but the shower is hot and powerful. Overall a nice, simple stay with perfect access to the rest of town.
I am happy I stayed here . Location is the best , and for our last day before heading to Tokyo, we can view Mount Fuji when we walk out from guesthouse ..
Pros :
Great location , reasonable price , clean
Cons :
This is a guesthouse and need to shared bathroom and toilet .
The location is 3-5 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Bus Stn. The staff is friendly, toilet and room are clean, all basic facilities are available. The wall is thin between room, quiet or not really depends on who is staying next to you. Will recommend friends to book this guesthouse.
Clean, close to Kawaguchiko Station. Staff very kindly support.
I recommend.

Great place for Fuji viewing
Great place to stay for the traditional Japanese experience with a screened room, low table and make your own futon beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room had air-con, TV and kettle whilst upstairs there was a microwave and free water/coffee. Shared bathroom/toilet area is not as up to date as it could be. Very close to the train/bus station and about 10-15 minute walk to the very pretty lake. Best to view Fuji first thing in the morning before the sky gets hazy.
Unfortunately we did not like the stay there. Is a hostel type and for the price payed. Out of our 3 weeks in Japan that was probably the worst. Just was not for us

Price worth the stay
The staffs are friendly. Location is wonderful, only minutes away from station. I like the wifi the most..
It's very close to the train station (which is also the bus loop and the tourist information centre). It's about 10 min to the local attraction, the Kawaguchi Lake, where you can get a postcard perfect view of Mt. Fuji (another 10 min walk). The room is very spacious. Washroom and bathroom is shared, outside the room. The hallway has small amenities such as free instant coffee, tea and hot water. Staff was very helpful. Women's shower room seems to be recently renovated and is very bright and pretty. Can't say the same for the men's shower room. The washroom can be a little cold but they have heated toilet seat.
