The apartment has a view of the lush garden and the magical, traditional Thai-style rooftops of other residences within this resort. This residence is a 97 square meter two-bedroom apartment with an open plan living area, dining and kitchen, plus a covered outdoor balcony. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. Either bedroom is large enough to easily fit the baby crib or the optional air mattress (supplied when booking a 5th person). The interior dining area has a round table with 4 chairs plus one extra arm-chairs is also in the living area.

Neighborhood overview
The resort is set within a serene and peaceful residential beachfront resort area away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the over-crowded touristy areas. Yet, if you'd like to visit those places, they are within easy reach by car (a 15 to 25 minute drive). The apartment is on the resort grounds that has direct access to the white sandy beach and large swimming pool. The resort also has direct access to the main road, so you can easily park your rental car, or pick up a taxi without walking more than 1 minute. There is also a convenience store just 50 meters from the resort entrance which is open 24 x 7. Just 150 meters down the road is a well equipped independent fitness center. A number of Thai restaurants are within easy walking distance; indeed four restaurants are within a three minute walk.
Getting around
You can rent a car, scooter or motor bike for fun or schedule our driver for personal service to local amenities. Transportation to and from airport included. A good number of restaurants are within walking distance. There are also a fresh tropical fruit shop just across the street and a convenience store just 50 meters from the resort entrance which sells all kinds of drinks, snacks, fresh fruit, cosmetics, toiletries, and other essentials.
Other things to note
SORRY, NO PETS No smoking indoors. Outside on the balcony is OK. Kindly avoid everything that might disturb your neighbor or the beauty of this place. For example, no loud music or noises. Electricity will be billed as per the guest's actual usage at the rate of 8 baht per kilowatt hour. Guest must present their passport to the owner/manager upon arrival and allow it to be copied for immigration purposes. It is strongly advised that guests purchase their own travel and accident insurance since the host will not be responsible for these issues. Please note that all bookings have an effective 50% non-refundable deposit because when you book, the listing is blocked out of the available listings so no one else can reserve for those dates, thus I would be turning away other potential guests. Within one week of the booking, 100% is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. For this reason we always recommend trip cancellation insurance.
