This beautiful five-bedroom villa houses 12 people and is located in Koksijde near the sea as well as the town centre. The sauna and indoor swimming pool make it an ideal home for those looking to have a relaxing summer vacation.

The area's extensive nature reserves make it a paradise for cyclists and are great to explore on long walks. The sea is only 1 km away and the town centre is 2 km from here. Restaurants, nightlife, and general supplies are all within a 1 km radius of the home.

If you want, the owners will heat the swimming pool for you for a fee of €100. The home is child-friendly and has two children's bed and a high chair. It also has a roof terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is only 20 km from here and Koksijde has several light rail stations.
