Older hotel still undergoing renovations. Lovely staff, family oriented hotel, great facilities and good location. Room cleaning was a bit random (very good one day, the bare minimum the next with just some new towels thrown in the bathroom) Food options in the hotel were quite pricey.

The Warwick staff made our first trip to Fiji one we will never forget, they were so friendly polite and had great local knowledge to pass on which made our day trips outside of the hotel a breeze. The hotel, although a bit further away from Sigatoka then some of the other hotels we found it super peaceful, and felt a lot safe being nestled within the local Fijian community.

The Warwick is always amazing. I return multiple times a year and will continue to do so. The staff are incredible and become like family, which is lovely especially for a solo traveller like me. The food is outstanding and the facilities are great, especially nice to have the adults only pool. Less cultural activities throughout the day than previous visits but likely due to other activities going overtime with people having fun. Not sure what the VIP amenity was supposed to be that was included, but I had the usual ocean view standard room that I am used to and it’s lovely. Look forward to returning in 2025.

The Warwick was amazing, had an enjoyable week relaxing in the water and the sun. The many amenities gave you plenty options. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

To start off positively, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. The restaurants had varying options for everyone, although they were expensive for the quality of the food. I don’t think the hotel could quite keep up with the number of people staying as we were left without towels on multiple occasions having to repeatedly call housekeeping. We also arrived to our room on the first day after a long travel day, to have roofers right over our room banging and crashing - nothing was mentioned upon check in. There was also a large amount of construction near the kids pool so I pity anyone who had kids swimming there. Whilst it’s a nice hotel, it’s certainly not 5 star and it’s not really near anything.

It was honestly a great experience and I truly enjoyed this trip. Everything about the staff to the land was amazing. The only true negative isn’t bad at all but it is about how the management treats their employees. It was so hard for the employees to talk to the guest because it just seemed like something was holding them back from getting to know the guest better. Overall a great experience and a great resort. Shout out to all the cooks and the kitchen staff and all the waiters they were the best people ever.
