This holiday house completed in 2016 enjoys a quiet location, at the end of a residential road without traffic. It is near Mastichari on a little elevation, with a fabulous view over the sea.

This house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). One bathroom has a WC and bath, the other bathroom a WC and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge and freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. This generous kitchen also has a dining table that can seat up to six people comfortably. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. All the rooms have air conditioning, which can be regulated separately in the two bedrooms. The house is set up for four people. Two further guests can stay on the upper floor in a separate apartment with its own air conditioning, a little kitchen unit and a shower, for a supplementary charge. This apartment is available from the fifth person on.

The highlight of this holiday house is the big pool (10 x 6m), which is available for your own exclusive use from April to October. The sun terrace, furnished with adjustable loungers and affording a sweeping view of the sea and the bay, invites you to relax. It also has a bell grill and comfortable garden furniture, so you can dine outdoors. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.

The basic price is for use of the ground floor for four people with two bedrooms. There is a separate apartment on the upper floor that can be booked in addition for a fifth and sixth person. This apartment is not let out separately. Please note that the last section of the access to the house is a gravel track of around 300 metres, so arrival by car is recommended.

The nearest of many beautiful sandy beaches on Kos is only 500 metres away. The bus stop is about a ten-minute walk away and the nearest village Mastichari is about a 15-minute walk away, where you can find various restaurants, supermarkets, car rental, bars etc.
