Our room was awesome. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Only feedback would be the breakfast in the hotel. The ready made fried eggs in the pot were cold and taste awful. Pau was cold too. One staff handling the fruit juice and waffles section made the service really slow. Food was not promptly refilled. Nonetheless, staff in the restaurant were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is near shopping and MTR.

- Room size is small. - king bed is made from 2 super single bed so is not as comfy, results in having many bumps on bed. - slight musky stale smell - room amenities can be improved. Furniture in the room is old. Hair dryer is still the old school type. Curtains have to be self drawn. Toilet is old even with the glam asthestic.. The glass sink can see the yellowing of the rims and the toilet bowl when the blue chemical is rinsed away, ours had a slight brown spot which looked dirty. - however, staff and housekeeping services are prompt. = location of hotel is the only plus point.

Room was dusty (despite requesting to clean up upon check in as it was in badly maintained condition), dirty, poorly maintained. Bad smelling bedsheets, dirty stains everywhere with very very gross bathtub full of patches of removable dirt but just don’t bother to do proper cleaning. Hot n cold shower was very hard to use as each time one pulls the shower head it will accidentally trigger the tap open/close making the water temperature irregular as a result. Honestly I stayed in Cordis everytime I come to Hong Kong in the past but this stay will mark my last one with them. Service level and cleanliness dropped tremendously sadly. Very dated with poor maintenance. Not the Cordis that I am accustomed to :(

Great location, 1 minute walk to MTR and a Mall. The mall had a supermarket to allow access to supplies. Great staff including the maid Peggy and the breakfast manage Azule. Clean modern hotel and excellent mall next door for fare priced eats etc. The area is the ‘ real Hong Kong ‘, so less polished than TST and central , but felt totally safe and high energy. The locals were all helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.
