The hotel is very nice but the location is not convenient. Next time I would choose a hotel closer to a metro station. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant at the hotel was expensive. I booked a Harbour view room and the upgrade I got was the same room but on the 7th floor with a partial view.

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted and want my to be taken care of, I'm going to want results. Thank you Edmund! It is because of employees like this that we will stay more times and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you for standing up above and beyond and taking charge! Xie xie ni! Daniel C

The staff is always amazing. I have flown from the US several times in the past 3 months. I always stay here. It's extremely clean, great location, and the staff is always incredible. The manager greeted us and said our regular room was ready for us. That gesture will keep me coming back every time in the foreseeable future. Thank you Oliver and Edmund for all you do for us!

Room and corridor outside room smell of smoke
Room 1109 is terrible, smell of smoke is so strong no matter how much air freshness you spray. The entire room and bathroom smell so smoky and corridor outside the room also smell smoky.

This is a Great hotel with great service, best location with a harbour view room, veru reasonably priced bar for this kind of upscale 5 star hotel. Only critique is very long wait time to check in. Be aware check -in time is strictly 3 pm . We had to wait a little bit longer.

The property is itself beautiful and clean. The staff this time was quite attentive and great on communicating with us. This was our third time there in 3 months. We would like to come back again soon. The views are astounding, and the location is very convenient. There really is nothing to say I didn't like about the property or our experience. Because of our experience, we will be back!
