Rust and mold anyone??
We booked this 8.8* hotel and looked forward to our family vacation. The outside and lobby looking good and modern, but once stepping into the room (#408), realized rust and mold on many corners of the bathroom. Not sure why this is so bad. Morning breakfast was decent, but with open concept in the lobby, patio door/window wide open, attracks a number of of birds fly in and out. We've noticed birdies do what they do best on many of the hanging lamps. There was a particular lamp sitting directly on top of the buffet table. Nooo! Even though the food dishes have covers, but we don't like the idea one bit. Do you??

I stay at the BlueSotel often. It is a nice place and always enjoy my stay. I just wish they would upgrade a few things at the breakfast buffet. The house coffee they have is quite bad, although you can order & pay for latte or cappuccino if you like. Also the juices are basically flavored sugar water.

Our aircon spoilt in the middle of the night, but the staff helped us to quickly arrange for another room to sleep in and by the time we were back from our tour the next day, the air con was repaired already. Shower water was hot enough. Very convenient to shops, food and massages.

I like this Hotel. Have stayed there a few times. Good location. But being a Expedia Platinum member, I have never gotten any special treatment other than a "welcome back", no upgrade offer etc.
