Worth the price

Very nice hotel. It has what you'd expect for the price range. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is a good variety of foods including eggs, meats and cheeses, and various other Polish dishes I didn't recognize (but I tried them!). There is a restaurant and bar and plenty of tables both inside and out. It is like a comfy coffee shop inside. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the rest of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Modern Hotel in a Perfect Location I had a fantastic stay at this stylish and contemporary hotel, which is ideally located for tourists—just moments from tram stops and within easy reach of everything I wanted to visit. The on-site restaurant served great food, and I was particularly impressed with the secure, well-maintained car park—perfect for my hire car. The rooms were peaceful and quiet, thanks to excellent soundproofing, and I especially liked the modern shower rooms. The non-slip tiles covering the entire bathroom floor were a thoughtful and practical touch. Breakfast was included in my rate and offered a great selection to start the day. I really appreciated the unique Ibis Styles theme, which gave the hotel a refreshing personality—much more vibrant and characterful than your typical chain hotel. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a brilliant trip and a hotel I would highly recommend.

Superb stay!

This was an amazing stay! The hotel is very well located: a 15-20 min. walk away from Kraków’s central train station. The staff is friendly and efficient. The facilities and rooms are beautifully decorated. And despite being located on a main avenue, with a tramway running along it, the hotel and rooms are super quiet and comfortable! Perfect for a great rest! English and Polish spoken.

Great value. New biild property v clean and with comfortable beds. Riim had a smart TV but subscription services (ie Netflix Premium etc..) not loaded, so couldnt even use own account.

Nice hotel

Nice comfortable stay. Only negative was that the breakfast wasn’t great. We would go down about 09:00 and the hot food was very low and no one came to add more, no butter and thought they may have been a bit more choice. Hotel and staff was lovely.
