When i travel to Kraków, i always choose Puro hotel.The staff: Joasia, Weronika, are very helpful, and the housekeeping staff: Beata, keep the place very clean.Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice.The added bonus of hot drinks in the lobby,is a great idea.Thank you and see you soon.

The staff at Puro,are extremely helpful, in fact they're one of the best,that i have met on my travels! Irmina,Weronika,Ola,Ewa,couldn't do enough to make our stay smoother. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it.

The hotel was bright, welcoming, clean, and warm. The staff were patient and friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. I loved my room, enjoyed the restaurant, and would've enjoyed how many of Krakow's attractions were within walking distance if my trip hadn't been cut short by the weather (Krakow gets foggy in the winter and their airport apparently isn't equipped for that). I intend to return to Poland to see what I missed, and if I can stay at the PURO again I probably will.
