Lovely apartment but communication lacking.
The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived very late at night. Also we messaged back after booking that we would be interested in some trips but we got no reply at all. I contacted hotels.com who contacted apartments on our behalf and was told they would speak to us about the trips on arrival. We heard nothing at all. Luckily we had gone ahead and booked trips ourselves. So communication could be much better.

Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!

Neat, tidy, great location. Had all you needed, but absolutely no more e.g. two knives, to forks, two cups. Hot water in the sinks ran out several times and we got no response when we asked about that. The shower didn't drain and we were constantly having unpleasant 'foot baths' when we showered.

The apartment (no 3) was a lovely ground floor flat within a small gardened courtyard. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location is a short (10min) walk from the Old town and the Jewish quarter - being located roughly between the two. We found this ideal and a good way to get our bearings on these two fascinating areas of the city. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The only thing we struggled with was the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift and if you’re not fit and have suitcases it was hard work. Just a simple point to mention that it is on the 3rd floor with no lift needs to be taken in to account when booking it. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.
