A 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom Villa with completely remodeled kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a beautiful fenced in yard. There is a large and wonderful magna pool and outdoor shower. There are two master bedrooms with ensuites that have king sized beds and one bedroom with two twin beds with the bathroom next door. This house must be viewed to believe! A short walk to downtown with shopping and great restaurants!

Overpaid for what was delivered
This was our seventh visit to the island, and for the first time, we wished we had stayed at a resort instead of a vacation rental. The yard was nice, but we couldn't enjoy it due to constant noise from a daycare next door. The pool looked inviting but needed skimming before each use because of the unbelievable amount of iguana droppings, bugs, and plant debris. It’s also very deep, making it hard for anyone under 6 feet to stand or sit on bench comfortably. The master suite was a highlight—newly renovated and comfortable—but the other rooms felt dated, and the doors and windows were hard to open, close, and lock. Parking was also an issue during the day, as daycare staff vehicles filled most of the street. While the kitchen was stocked with plenty of spices, there were issues: the dishwasher's utensil basket and detergent door were broken and no dishwasher soap. Also, there was no hot water connection to kitchen sink or dishwasher.

Nice location, well maintained property
We (6 people) stayed there for 2 weeks and we were very happy with our stay. It is easy to walk downtown from there (nicer to walk by the water). The backyard with the pool is very nice and well maintained. It is true that there is a kindergarten just beside and children are sometimes crying but as we are divers we were usually not back before 3pm. However I spent a full day resting by the pool and frankly earing children playing did not bother me at all. Communications with the owner or the property manager (Pierre) was easy and efficient. Pierre is very quick to answer any questions you might have. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful villa
Really beautiful villa with a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool. Wonderful beds, super clean and plenty of nice towels. Because we were in the villa a lot during the first few days, we had some problems with the adjacent daycare center. In the evenings and on weekends it is very quiet and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the sea and a little further to the center of Kralendijk.

For two months we were able to work and go to school in bonaire. The house was excellent for this purpose; close enough to the coast, the city centre and the hospital to walk, yet quiet enough to sleep and relax at home we loved the green garden the only downside were the mosquitos; bed nets would have been a great extra

Christmas 2023
Travelling to Bonaire to visit family over Christmas and celebrating a BIG birthday. Property was in the perfect location and was a good size for 6 adults as all bedrooms have en suite. Pool was a good size and was cleaned three times over our stay. Villa was cleaned halfway through too and all towels and linen replaced. Kitchen was so well equiped we managed to cook Christmas Dinner for 12 people!!! Only a short walk or drive into Kralendijk and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Yes its nextdoor to a creche so it can be noisy and toys thrown over but the noise really didnt affect us. We were out most days and it was closed over the Christmas break. Pierre was very responsive when we did have issues in the house and these were sorted fast. Overall a really good find and lovely villa.

Surpassed our expectations!
The property was amazing: Perfect for our group of two couples plus a friend. Mary Ellen and property manager Pierre’s communication was excellent, and when there was a missing item, or special request it was provided quickly. This wonderful house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown and easy access to many different dive sites. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear, and the outdoor dining area is great at night with a charcoal BBQ The pool was maintained while we were there, and the landscapers came to trim the palm trees etc…(very nice landscaping in the backyard with lots of butterflies and birds chirping. Also, the roosters Jeff door make a nice alarm clock in the morning. Also the house is next to a daycare center with the happy sounds of children playing during the daytime We really couldn’t have asked for more, just a wonderful time and they were also happy to send a housekeeping crew to clean and change the linens/towels halfway through our 11 night stay 10/10. We would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion
A good sized house for 6 people; all rooms (3) with its own bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to city center. You should know that during weekdays the next door kindergarten and baby cresh is very noisy all day. It shares a wooden fence at the pool area which is frequently used as ball-throw-wall by the kids. So forget quite relaxing hanging by the pool during daytime. The bathrooms are renovated but all the windows (and there are a lot of them) are not and they need to be opened for air passage thru the otherwise very hot house. An airconditioner in the living room would definitely add to a superior experience. Consider adding a closet or 1 or 2 large hooks where clothes can be hanged in the front room (especially with a minimum stay of 5 nights the clothes cannot stay in the suitcase). Overall a house with many potentials.

MaryEllen was wonderful with her replies and so was Pierre. He responded right away to all my texts. The Villa is lovely, great location. Disappointed that the bedrooms were the only rooms that had air-conditioning considering it was extremely hot in the rest of the house and unbearable to use even with the fans on. We were hoping to cook a few meals inside or outside and it was just too hot to do that. The pool was great. We went in it every day and even at night but unfortunately, the light wasn’t working so we weren’t happy with that as a safety reason. It would’ve been nice if the living room and the kitchen windows and doors had screens since it was extremely hot in those rooms and unbearable and with the mosquitoes we didn’t want take a chance to keep them open all day. We ate all our meals outside in the backyard, which was beautiful. There is a child care center next door, where the kids were screaming and crying which was unfortunate. All in all we had a great time! It has three nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds and each have their own bathroom which was definitely a plus. I know this summer was an extremely hot summer and no one control the weather but we would definitely consider coming back at this location another time. Thank you again for a great vacation.

Very nice. Great pool.
Lovely property. Pool is excellent. Bedrooms are spacious. Not much for parking. No rinse tanks and storing dive gear is a bit of a pain. Property manager responds instantly on WhatsApp. Kitchen is extremely well setup. No laundry machines accessible to guests. Next door to a day care where seriously the kids scream all day. Overall an excellent property.

Great location and relaxing pool!
The property was beautiful would stay there again. Like any island, there are bugs so just be prepared for that. The house itself could just use a good deep cleaning (sheets had some stains on them) but the bed was comfy - this didn't freak me out too much - so much that I would stay here again for sure.

Great base home to visit Bonaire from
We really enjoyed the house. It was as described in the VRBO listing. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool. As others have stated, there are barking dogs in the neighborhood but you can't really hear them at night with the air on. It would have been nice if the living area had screened doors and windows as the mosquitos/no see-ums were ferocious at times. Easy check in/check out experience.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay close to the boardwalk and convenient to dive sites. The house is set up perfect for two couples, one possibly with kids. My son and daughter loved the pool. One bad, not the property owners fault but regardless of where you decide to stay, make sure you have bug spray. Mosquitos on the island are absolutely insane. Also, we traveled during the time when most of the world had lost their mind, make sure you account for all the tests and entry forms that are required for entry to all countries involved in your travel.

Perfect little gem; awesome property manager
This was our 3rd visit to Bonaire - first time renting this house - the 1st time we rented a condo. There were 2 couples - and it was perfect - plenty of space, open, big kitchen for meals after diving, nice pool, and tubs to rinse and place to hang our scuba gear each night. The property manager, Frederick, was incredible - unlike our experience @ a condo - he responded to messages right away (to include where's urgent care!) and made sure we had what we needed. Kitchen was stocked beyond expectations (or again, the condo from last year). Yes, there is a barking dog somewhere around the area, but really, we were so tired and relaxed from scuba diving that it didn't ruin our visit! We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Bonaire!

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property, couch, and beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing!!! We loved being able to just jump in, especially since there really aren't any beaches on the island. Definitely rent a car, there are no sidewalks, even tho it is a short ride to town. Many restaurants are closed Sunday/Monday, too, so get to the grocery store or make a reservation before hand. I think the only downside to our stay was the barking dog next door (the owners were not present when the dog was barking). It is an island thing, so if you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs or drink more wine :-) Overall, we were very happy.

Highest recommendation for fun family beach trip with great outdoor space and gorgeous pool!
This Villa was perfect for our family Spring Break trip!! It is centrally located on the island in a quiet neighborhood close walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. We loved the private, secluded feel being in our own home with easy, fast access to all the restaurants and activities around us. The villa has great spaces and is fully equipped. Frederick was super amazing. He welcomed us at the airport and made sure we had groceries for our first breakfast since we arrived late after most grocery stores had closed. Frederick also provided lots of information and made a few connections for us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check out was also flexible so we could get cleaned up before departing on our flights our last day.
