Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent staff
Hotel was located near the Autobahn which suited our requirements. The room was spotless and comfortable. The room which was initially assigned to us had an issue with the air conditioning but the staff moved us to another room. The staff were really helpful and I have to say without fault. Would stay again if I'm in the area

Convenience lodgings
This is a no-frills hotel/motel by the side of the highway off of Graz. There’s no walking to the charms of Graz from here but you will wake to a decent view of the mountains from basically anywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a convenience store in the lobby for anything you may have forgotten or need to restock on and the hotel restaurant/bar is perfectly adequate. I can imagine if I were a budget conscious backpacker or just in need a place for one night while en route to somewhere else, this hotel would be all I need.

Perfectly located for an event I was attending!
Perfectly located for the European Figure Skating Championships 2020, which I was attending, but not for much else really. The gym was great, the room very nice, and the staff lovely.

Very good value for money
Clean hotel close to the airport and highway. As well not even 10 minutes by car to a big shopping center (Seiersberg). Would book it again when flying from Graz Airport. Better than many hotels I have stayed in this price range.

Overall, great stay. However air conditioning did not seem to work and even with windows open, room was too warm. Breakfast fantastic and cleanliness great, nice sized rooms, etc.
