First time staying here since their renovations. The lower tier room we booked is smaller than previous and has open plan bathroom/toilet. It is still good value, clean and beds are comfortable. Can’t beat the location for food, shopping and access to trains.

Excellent room for the price point. Enjoyed the relaxing pool as well. Nice stay. Only issue was the reception area on checkin, a bit chaotic as there was no clear queue lane so people just cutting the queue.

Toilet smelling horrendous

The issues I’ve had at the hotel was the toilet. The shower glass cover not covering the full shower so water splashes in the main area making a pool of water each time you shower.the stench of stale pee rushes up your nose as you use the toilet bidet.Ive come to realise the cleaning staff just spray and clean the toilet bowl you can see.i wiped a towel underneath the rim and the towel turned brown…. For what you’re paying it’s unacceptable and I’ve never come across a hotel with a toilet smelling like this in my lifetime.there was reviews from 2months ago highlighting this issue and it seems it’s not the hotels top priority.it needs to fixed asap.

Awesome stay

The stay was one of the best stays we had in KL. The room was clean, the service was amazing and the area was full of fun things to do. Access wise was really easy as well. It was truly a great stay and i would definitely like to stay with this hotel again.

It’s an amazing experience, I’m there for my birthday. And they bothered to gift a chocolate cake as well as decorating the room for my bday. My wife requested if hotel can do anything for me. And they did with flying colors! It does make me feel special at no extra cost. It means something to me as I stay here often.

Location is convenient, 6 minutes walk from drop off point of coach ride. Near shopping malls like Lot 10, Pavilion, and eateries and restaurants. Service staff are friendly and helpful. I love the buffet breakfast, great spread!
