Property was beautiful and the location was great. The water wasn’t very hot but other than that the property was amazing. Comfortable and clean. Would def stay again.

Fantastic room
This is a very nice apartment and we are a family of four but only one access card which is no so convenience. The rest of facilities such as sky pool and bar with perfect view of twin tower are great

쿠알라룸푸르 여행을 망칠뻔한 집 worst hotel i have ever stayed
레지던스여서 프론트데스크가 없어 주인과 미리 연락해서 키를 받아야합니다. 그런데 체크인 시간까지 주인분이 연락 두절이어서 (체크인 4일 전부터 전화 문자 이메일 다 보내봄) 호텔스닷컴에 계속 전화하느라고 현지 유심칩 2개를 전화로 다 썼네요^^ 4박 5일 여행이었는데 이 레지던스 체크인 전날 저녁+체크인날 오후5시까지는 계속 연락하느라고 하루를 날렸네요~~ 오랜만에 가족여행이었는데 숙소가 연락두절이어서 잘곳이 없었으면 어쨌을지 ㅠ 아찔하네요 ㅎㅎ 체크인 시작시간이 3시인데 호텔스닷컴 직원이 계속 연락하니까 당일 4시쯤인가에 연락됐었던거 같아요ㅎ 들어가니까 시설은 좋았지만;; 차라리 다른 곳에 숙박하시는걸 추천합니다. We had to contact the host to get the check-in details, but he was out of contact until the check-in day. (I tried to make a contact with him 3 days before the check-in day by call, text message and email) So I called hotels.com and they finally made contact with him, but it was about 4:00pm.(check-in time starts from 3:00pm) I wasted one day of my vacation by calling hotels.com. Even though the location was good.
