The holiday terraced house "Carola" has 120 m², spread over 3 floors and an outdoor area. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet with plenty of space. The two bathrooms have a shower and once a beautiful corner bath. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher). The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting and dining area, a radio and color TV, and a south / west facing balcony. The outdoor area includes a terrace with plenty of space to relax and two consecutive parking spaces in front of the house. The garden area may also be used. Pets are not allowed, smoking is only permitted outside.[nbsp] Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
