Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again!

スタッフさんたちの対応がとても優しく丁寧で、好感度◎でした 1番お安い料金にしたのにお部屋も広く、清潔で、お風呂とトイレは別で、湯船は足が伸ばせました 朝のバイキングも美味しかったです 味噌汁もアサリがしっかり入ってて良かったです ただお部屋にブラシがなく、持参してなかったのでやや困ったのと、歯磨き粉持参すればよかったのですが歯ブラシしか無かったのが予定外でした でも、それは私が次から準備すれば良い事ですので、また機会があったら是非利用したいです お安い朝食付きプランは充分満足でした お世話になりました

従業員の方の対応は親切丁寧で好感が持てました。 ベッドはシングルを2個並べているため、中央に寝るとその間の硬い部分が気になりました。端に寄せれば問題ないですが。 費用がお手頃なので贅沢は言えませんが、朝食は味も温かさも種類もいまひとつでした。
