LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!
Incredible find!!!!! I loved the floor plan of my room so much, I honestly feel so spoiled with the layout! I stayed with my friend and we both got our own bed with a desk in the middle, giving us our own space. Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to my mother/friends lol and I would come again. 15/10

The location is best place in Kumamoto and terrace view from lobby floor is fantastic. Just amenities are not enough and we had to take water from lobby floor which was inconvenient.

地點非常的好！旁邊就是鶴屋百貨和下通商店街，在通町筋站搭巴士和市電十分便利！ 服務人員的態度都很友善，露台的座位區氛圍很好，回飯店時可以喝咖啡看夜景，再去熊本依然會選擇住。

飯店旁邊就是電車行駛，一大早就被電車行駛吵醒，飯店一味追求時尚裝潢與空間利用卻不知飯店最重要的是睡眠品質，既知道有電車行駛為何不加強房間的隔音，還有，飯店的服務人員努力裝出親切的樣子我卻感覺很冷淡

最初に対応したスタッフが不慣れなのは仕方ないとしても起点も気もきかず小さな受付は客で大渋滞　星のでもオモは期待して滞在しない方が良い。 次は縁が無いと思う。
