LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!
Incredible find!!!!! I loved the floor plan of my room so much, I honestly feel so spoiled with the layout! I stayed with my friend and we both got our own bed with a desk in the middle, giving us our own space. Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to my mother/friends lol and I would come again. 15/10

The location is best place in Kumamoto and terrace view from lobby floor is fantastic. Just amenities are not enough and we had to take water from lobby floor which was inconvenient.

◯良かった点 •施設内または施設周辺が充実している 施設内にカフェとバーがあり、建物の2F以下には多種多様な飲食店があり、施設から出なくても満喫できる。またアーケード内にあるため、雨の日でも外で買い物が便利。夜になると生演奏のサービスなどこのホテルに宿泊しないと味わえない特別な時間を過ごせる。 ◯悪かった点 •部屋に内線がない。 おそらくたまたま清掃員のミスであろうと思われるが、チェックインしてシャワーを浴びようと思ったが、浴室の内鍵がかかり、入らなかった。フロントに内線しようとしたが部屋になく、結局爪で無理やり鍵を開錠した。その後フロアのエレベーターにあることを知ったが、部屋で何かあった際にエレベーター付近まで行かなくてはいけないのがちと不便。 •アメニティが少ない。 星野リゾートに宿泊するということで化粧水等は持っていかなかったのだが、部屋になかった。他のビジネスホテルはない方が多いので、仕方ないと飲み込んだが、せめて部屋に飲料水は置いて欲しいかった。アメニティにお茶のティーパックはあるが、飲料水を置いていないのは、少し不親切な気もする。 ◯総合的評価 個人的な評価としては星4である。 値段とクオリティを考えると星4が妥当であると思う。部屋でくつろぐのもいいが、夜のカフェテラスでひたすらに夜風とお酒を嗜むのも乙である。 最後に悪かった点をつらつらと書いているが、悪いところに目が行きがちで、誰かに理解してもらいたいのが人の性となので、そこはご了承していただきたい。

整體住宿體驗很棒，只是真的要小心上下鋪的設計，雖然訂房時就知道，但常常還是忘了就整個站起來，頭頂會撞到上鋪。OMO5還提供了免費行李寄放服務，非常方便。

酒店地點一流，就在主要購物街旁邊。酒店很新，設計非常時尚舒適。但因地點在鬧市中心，自駕遊上落有點不方便。房間有點少，閣樓高咗有點矮，容易碰頭。我們住了三日，酒店只為洗手間及廁所清潔，沒有清潔寢室。
