Great location
Wonderful hotel, just up stair on the JR station, the room space is good and tidy. Many restaurant near to the hotel, easy to find your meal. Big car park with discount for the hotel client next to hotel only 3 mins to walk, it's great for someone drive to the hotel. A bit tricky is the hotel lobby on the 9/F, may be need some time to find the way to go. Overall that is a great hotel, I will stay again for sure if I been Kumamoto next time.

The staff was second to none. Friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Room was clean, bed was great, and the food court had anything you could want to eat. Conveniences stores around the hotel were well stocked with any items you might need. Kumamoto Station was right there, next to the hotel, but we didn’t a lot of train noise in our room. Definitely will stay there again.

Great hotel right next to JR train station. Excellent service from staff. Over the top polite and courteous service to guests. Rooms were little larger than normal Japanese hotel rooms. Hotel lobby on ninth floor of building - hotel sent email prior to checkin with directions to hotel.
