Really a nice place to live. Perfect location which is close to the tram station, shopping mall, kumamoto castle and shopping district. I love their breakfast buffet. It has a wide selection, healthy and tasty.

Property was ok for two night stay. Rooms were larger than we have previously encountered in japan having stayed in 6 hotels over three weeks. The hotel is very close to tram stop and was 100yds from fanzone which was superb. Only negative is breakfast was terrible. Worst we have encountered at numerous hotels while in japan.

Close proximity to everything you need
Around 2 mins walk to the Kumamoto bus terminal, where you gave handy access around the region. Only a few stations by tram to the Kumamoto JR station and very close to the main shopping street. Staff were helpful even they are not very keen on English. The air con in my original room was malfunctioned but the front desk agent was helpful enough to get me settled in another room. Overall a pleasant stay.

Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir konnten auch unsere Koffer vor dem beziehen des Zimmers an der Rezeption lagern lassen. Für japanische businesshotel Verhältnisse war unser Zimmer recht groß. Das Interieur in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Sehr kleines, zweckmäßiges Badezimmer. Günstige Lage zur Burg.

喫煙室しか取れず臭いがが酷くリセッシュが置いてあったが役に立たず宿泊中ずっと臭かった。古い施設なので仕方ないが水回りのカビ等が気になった。他はシングルなのにベットはダブルで部屋の広さも十分、静かで良かった。
