When I checked out of the motel they gave me a receipt that was about $250 cheaper than what Expedia charged me. When I talked to Expedia they said there wasn't a refund to be given and the higher price with them was final. I will not be using Expedia again. The only way I could contact them was a chat by texting. Why don't they have phone numbers listed on app or easily found on website?

Great location. Room smelled like mold. Told the staff and they did nothing and offered nothing since they were sold out. Took a bath and the water had a slight brown color to it… You can hear people walking around above and around you. You can hear dogs wining and barking since they are allowed onsite. I would never stay here again.

Stayed here last year also and both times we had such a good time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our code to get in and they were there to handle it within 5 min, had a clogged toilet and it was fixed quickly. Were we’re also there for the tropical storm that hit really bad and the crew was there cleaning up afterwards.

They would not let us check in before 4:00 pm, which would not have been a problem but the motel was less than half occupied. We did not see a single staff person our entire stay. Everything was done by text message. Our shower was not clean, we took photos as soon as we entered the room. Not satisfied to say the least.
