I recommend the Maya Hotel Kuta
The Maya hotel in Kuta is an appropriately priced hotel with wonderful staff who are eager to please. The facilities are basic though perfect for a family on a budget who want to explore Bali.

Maya village is in a great location near lots of local eateries and shops. The room however was lacking lots of things that the advertising promised (e.g. Washing machine) and was very musty on arrival. Our bathroom lacked ventilation (no fan or window) and the hot water ran out after a 5min shower. The hotel also blares random pop music at all hours in the pool area, even when no one is there, and when many guests have gone to bed. It has no processes in place so things change with every change of staff (One day the blankets disappeared off our bed when housekeeping came and we had to request blankets again). The staff do their best to help you but there just needs to be some better management.

Good deal for the rate
The hotel has a good vibe, and a good price. The service was just ok, I had a few incidents, but they were kind enough to resolve them after some persistent complaining. The pool area was very nice, and a kind of refuge. The decor was great, but the plumbing was poor, and the wifi was very slow. All in all a good choice for $25 a night

Place is difficult to find & signboard is hidden.
The place is cheap so don't expect too much from it ! Every things is basic. The place is not like what it has been posted in the advertise (it worst).The facilities are not provided like what have been describe e.g no internal phone,no fridge etc.

Good Pool and room in central location in Kuta
Couple minor issues but all in all was good. The free breakfast was tasty and bed was pretty comfortable. Little loud with other guests, but take what you get. Big garden at the hotel was nice. Walk to Kuta Beach not to far

Location wise is good,
We rented a family villa for 3nights. Near to shops, blocked bath tub, bed bugs, facilities not well maintained, no locks for the rooms, only main door. No room cleaning for 3 days. Can cook, enough water supply, no supply of toiletries.

Family of 5 stayed for 1 night. This hotel was great value for our money and included breakfast for all of us. The AirCon was not cold and we had to pour water in the toilet to flush but when in asia!... Honestly the staff were very polite and I'm sure they would have moved our room or fixed the problems if we complained however it was only one night so we just made do, the pool area and restaurant were fine.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel agréable et serviable et très bonne connexion wifi. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner est léger et le ménage pas toujours au top. J'avais réservé en dortoir mais il n'était pas disponible, j'ai donc une chambre solo (qui n'étais pas très propre : urine sur la cuvette, terre sur le sol).

Billigt hotell relativt nära flygplatsen och alldeles intill huvudgatan i Kuta. Personalen var inte särskilt hjälpsamma men överlag var det bra, särskilt till det priset.

今までで最悪の体験
ドミトリーに2日ステイする予定でした。 1時半にチェックインしましたが、ベッドがまだ準備できていないということで2時まで待つことに。 部屋は日が入らず埃っぽかったけど、早く休みたかったので待つことに。 3時に確認したところまだ終わってないとの返答。ハウスキーパーはレセプション付近で談笑してたのにも関わらず。 4時になってもう一度尋ねてもまだと言われたので次のホテルを予約してさっさと出ることにしました。 ドミトリーのベッド１つ準備するのに3時間近くもかかるなんて理解できません。 絶対に避けるべきホテルです。

Omdat ik al eerder in dit hotel heb overnacht, wist ik ongeveer hoe de kamers eruitzagen. De eerste dag zat ik dus in kamer a4 die mij niet beviel en heb meteen geklaagd en gevraagd naar de kamer die ik de vorige keer had. Deze kamer stonk, het zag er niet verzorgd uit, de badkamer had een bamboe deur, de voordeur kon niet goed op slot, de douche moest je zelf vasthouden, de wc was niet schoon, etc. Omdat ik er vaker kom, wist ik dat kamer a7 wel een mooie kamer was met een mooie ruime douche zoals op de afbeeldingen te zien is. De volgende dag kreeg ik dan ook deze kamer en heb ze het verschil van de kamer laten zien. Ik had meteen geklaagd en gevraagd hoe het kan dat de kamers zoveel verschillen terwijl je hetzelfde betaald.
