Great treatment!
Simon the manager was so amazing and thoughtful took care of our family in every possible way. The staff was out of this world Every little detail they seemed to know what we needed and wanted before even thinking about it. We celebrated my son’s birthday and I cant think of a better place than the Ritz to stay. Every day I was more surprised than the previous about how thoughtful they were in making our stay as perfect as it could get. Mounir my French friend will be missed. Just how cozy it felt to be there and all the help in arrangements for our birthday celebration and advises on how to get around. I was sadly under the weather one day and they took care of me like family. This trip will certainly be memorable. Thank you Simon and the entire staff for such a beautiful time

We will stay here again.
Very beautiful Ritz in the center of Umeda. It is connected to Osaka station via underpass, about 8 minutes walk. Room is spacious and elegantly decorated. Hotel restaurants and lounges are equally elegant and up-scale. Loyalty manager checked us in and checked us out. A gentleman from New Zealand, indeed very welcoming. Endless dining options around.

Ritz Carlton hotel has been the best hotel my wife and I have stayed. The staff at the check in counter, doorman, restaurants and servers are top notched. The Manager actually took us to our room after check in and showed us around the hotel. It is simply the Best Hotel
