The Custer support was amazing! Yui Okuda is amazing! She helped me and my friend for two hours trying to figure something out about how to travel back to Tokyo. She tried her best to help us and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help us. She was super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel with such great staff! Thanks again Yui you are awesome!
We have booked a stay at this hotel for 3 nights in Kyoto, it was absolutely great! The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to any request. The thing we loved the most was the onsen (hot bath) and resting area as part of the hotel amenities. If you are like us who would spend most of the time in Kyoto on foot while exploring then having such amenities will really help you recharge before the next exciting day!
We have been to many hotel around the world this hotel is extraordinary value for money attention to detail so tasteful so local staff are super courteous walkable to main subway station one stop away from Kyoto station the rooms are pristine lush and spacious black out blinds are the best I have seen in the lower ground there is a chill out area with local ice cream drinks juices coffee nuts to relax I was able to wash my clothes after a week in Tokyo that kept me going u don’t need to get soap super easy for 600y the jewel is the onsen so relaxing and clean and such an experience cleansing ritual they supply with spa products also there was shaving cream and all toiletries linen quality was superb welcome drinks and free snack meal that was generous if I buy breakfast for 30 euro snack meal worth at least 15euro we liked it so much book Okinawa it’s a brand ur trust authentic local thank u all staff for making our stay in Kyoto special and Japan at large ! Highly recommend !
The Blossom Kyoto you are by far the best hotel stay we’ve had on our two week Japan trip. Loved everything about The Blossom Kyoto. EVERYONE in the hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly and the shijira-ori Jinbei for sleep wear was so comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely stay here again on our next Kyoto visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
Amazing property! The best/nicest hotel we visited by far! The public bath is very enjoyable. The decor and design of the hotel is stunning. And the rooms are very comfortable.
Wonderful facility. In Kyoto of course it is mostly tourists so a little different feeling than in less touristy areas. Staff was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything we needed - held our luggage, called cabs, etc. Breakfast was good, more Japanese food vs Western options if you have picky eaters. Location is good, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and parks, etc.
