As part of our longer trip, this was a great hotel with washer/dryer in the room. The room has a functional layout including a table near the window with city view. Eco-friendly setup. No daily cleaning or dining on site and we were fully aware at the booking. Very convenient location for transits and services. Definitely on the list for future stay.

This was my and my family's first time in Kyoto and we were really happy with Tokyo Stay Kyoto Sakaiza as our choice. The location is super convenient not only for shopping and dining, but also for transportation. There's an exit just a 2 min walk from the hotel that leads to the underground path/concourse, which we used frequently to cross the street or get to the other exits away from the hot September sun. Moreover, we came to Kyoto after spending time in Osaka, and having the washer/dryer in the room was a godsend! It did take a while to learn how to operate it without simply using the standard setting, which usually took 3 hours to wash and dry. The staff had also been amazing with their service before, during, and after our stay - the check-in/check-our process went very smoothly and they always were ready to help with our concerns.

The property is located at a very convenient place, a few minutes from transportation and popular destinations. The hotel is new with an in-room washing machine and dryer. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

The location of this property was very convenien, near a train stop. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful in organizing luggage delivery. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was welcoming when we arrived. At first, it was difficult to find because it is tucked away without taxi access in front. We were dropped off on a busy street and had to use google maps to locate our hotel. As far as location it was great for shopping and finding food. You just had to walk outside the hotel and there were lots of places to shop and eat. The bus and subway systems were close by.

This hotel is in the middle of everything yet extremely quiet and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed plus a washer/dryer combo. We absolutely loved the location and the comfort.

My two daughters and I stayed there for 2nights. Very clean hotel. Perfect location to walk to shopping area. Also walkable to the old district, about 15min walk. Loved having the in room washer/dryer!!!! I’ve stayed at other hotels where they had shared washer/dryers but the dryers NEVER dried enough and they were always in use. This one was fantastic!! The room was even equipped with a hot cooker, sink, microwave. Plenty of room for our three twin beds.
