Location!
We had a wonderful experience in the home. It is exactly as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The best part was its location to town. We were able to walk everywhere. It is also an ideal home base for exploring the Provence area. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful house in a wonderful village
We spent a week (from 18th till 25th of june) in l'isle sur la Sorgue which is a perfect time to go there. The house is very well equipped. We were there with four adults but the house can easily be used by eigth persons. The location is perfect with the centre just around the corner. Avignon, Carpentras and the wonderful Fontaine de Vaucluse are all nearby. Not far from the centre of l'isle you can swim in the clear and fresh water of the river Sorgue next to a park where you can relax or picknick. Or take a drink on one of the terraces. What a wonderful holiday we had!

Fantastic - highly recommended!!
From the moment we arrived to the gated facility, it was an amazing month that went by so fast we couldn’t believe it! We could easily live there forever. There are only two bathrooms so more than two couples could be a challenge waiting for bathroom time but it worked for us! Anything we needed was available with a fast text to the owner who was wonderful and fun to spend time with! The Patisseries just across the street and another just 1/2 block away we’re great for breakfast! The town itself was just a short walk (1 block) away and it’s Sunday market is amazing. We’ll be back! Loved our stay!!

Wonderful Home in a Beautiful Setting
This home in Isle-sur-la Sorgue went beyond our expectations. The house is lovely with big open rooms and a comfortable, inviting patio on the front and one on the back as well. It is very nicely furnished, and it had everything we needed and more for our 2 week stay. For 2 couples it was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on both the main level and the upstairs level. The location is perfect right in the middle of town with a bakery and pizza restaurant right across the street. We loved the garden setting of the home with its private gated entrance to the property and its parking area right next to the house. Sebastien was very responsive to any and all of our questions and needs. In addition, as an added bonus, the l’Instant T restaurant that Sebastien runs which is located at the back of the property is in a beautiful setting and has wonderful food as well.

Perfect in-town location for family or two couples
Charming property exceptionally well-located within easy walking distance of town. Spacious interior and comfortably furnished. Excellent kitchen. One full bath and two Bedrooms up and the same arrangement downstairs limit practical occupancy to a family or two couples, although there's plenty of space for more. Bathrooms are certainly adequate but could profit from updating. Hosts Pascale and Sebastien are very, very accommodating and attentive. Both speak good English. Would highly recommend!

Great Location
House was larger than I expected. Easy walk from house into town. Road noise was a bit distracting when outside but not noticeable inside. Restaurant noise was not noticeable. The house has great floorplan and design, but is due for mechanical updates. We had problems with the shower head being plugged due to hard water and AC drain leaking into ceiling. I advised Sebastian and assume these will be addressed quickly. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated. Furnishings were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Other than the leak, the AC worked well. Bring you own bluetooth speakers if you want music. Plenty to do in the area. Adjacent restaurant and bakery were both very good. Sebastian was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

An Amazing Stay
We enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at Pascale and Sebastian’s beautiful home. The home is wonderfully decorated in very relaxing and soothing colours, the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking in....living and dining rooms were super comfortable, we even enjoyed a fire in the fireplace on a stormy day! Beds very comfortable, as were the sizes of the bedrooms......the front patio was great on the days we could use it!! Nice to be able to leave the car parked in the driveway and walk into town, a 2 min. walk gets you to the centre of it all, especially on market days......what a fun experience! I would highly recommend staying here, we had such an amazing time! Thank you Pascale & Sebastian.....looking forward to a return trip!!

Wonderful month’s long stay at this fantastic property in L’isle sur la Sorgue. Comfortable, beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house is walking distance to all the town shops, restaurants and wonderful town markets on Thursdays and Sundays. This home is beautifully decorated , roomy and has a well- stocked kitchen! Owners Pascale and Sebastien could not have been nicer. What a great couple! We highly recommend this property. And, you must try ”L’Instant T”, Sebastien’s restaurant - great! L’isle sur la Sorgue is a great town in Provence to use as a home base. Easy drives to the many beautiful hilltop towns. Thank you Pascale and Sebastien for making us feel so welcome. Perfect in Provence
Beautifully Decorated and Spacious Home, exactly as the photos show, surrounded by mature trees that give you privacy, just a 2 minute walk to the village shops and restaurants. Perfectly located for our day trips throughout Provence. Pascale and Sebastien were excellent Hosts, communicative before and during our stay. They gave us wonderful suggestions for Boulangeries, Food shopping, Restaurants, etc. Bedrooms are comfy, A/C works great, Kitchen is well stocked. We had the luxury of 2 patios to have our morning coffee or evening appetizers on. The patio off the kitchen is bathed in sunlight where the French door entrance patio in the front of the home is shaded. Sebastien's restaurant has delicious, homemade, gourmet meals which is frequented by locals, the quiet clientele is not a noise problem for you as a renter. The restaurant is an outdoor café canopied by trees and along the canal, Charming. Excellent experience as a Renter , We highly recommend this home for your vacation !

Absolutely Perfect
Sebastien and Pascale's welcome was as warm as the welcome from their beautiful home. It was the final week of our French reunion and it met everyone's needs. The situation, within walking distance to the town was perfect. We could get to everything we needed just by walking, including their amazing restaurant. Overlooking the restaurant and the stream flowing by from our terrace was a delight. It was "Renoiresque" to say the least. The house is very spacious and everyone felt comfortable. Each was able to find their own perfect place in which to relax. And there was always a welcoming terrace in which to come together at the end of the day. Any questions or requests we had were answered quickly. All our needs were met. They were the perfect hosts. They were there when we needed them and at the same time we enjoyed the utmost privacy . It was truly our home in one of the most beautiful towns in a very beautiful region. And we made the most of it! Thank you.

Very delightful stay for my family
The house was very comfortable and plenty of space for my family. It has every thing that we needed. Fantastic location, less than 2 mins walk to town and market. Good base to make day trip out with easy access. We have fresh bread every morning as bakery across the street. Our hosts put up a Christmas tree and left us goodies for us. It was very nice of them. Though they were going out of town, they left a contact number in case we needed help. Of course, everything was good and we didn’t need to contact anyone. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you Sebastian and Pascale!

Two weeks in paradise!
I have visited L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue many times but never stayed there. It's a wonderful town and is in a perfect location for visiting Provence and the Rhone area. Within the town, this property is the perfect spot to enjoy all the town has to offer. Everything is close by (walking distance) without being right in the middle of the activity. The boulangerie is right across the street and Sebastien's new bistrot is on the other end of the building. The bistrot is charming being right on the river and the food is not to be missed! The house is even better than the photos. All the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The terrace off the living room is divine and got a lot of use. We were surprised reading other guests reviews of the bathrooms and kitchen. We all found them to be be just fine. The bathrooms are spacious, and have good lighting and windows. Quite convenient having the water closet separate. The kitchen is well stocked, has a new very large stove and again great space and light. I have been renting homes since 2005 and these were some of the best. Pascale and Sebastien were perfect hosts, so helpful and charming! You can't go wrong staying with them, and dining in their bistrot!

Great house rental and Perfect location
This rental is in a perfect location. Walking distant to town. The house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are such great people. Very personable. They opened a restaurant below us, more less at the back of the house. You only see the tables outside in the courtyard by the canal from the kitchen window. You don't even hear it. It never disturbed us at all. It was my entertainment where washing dishes!! There is a bakery right across the street and a pizza place too but you will have no problems finding bakeries and shopping in the little boutiques. There is a market every Thursday and Sunday morning where you get get all your food. There is also 3 grocery stores around the area. Private parking came in very handy for us.

Lovely large house on the river
We rented this house for three weeks in July/August and had a wonderful time. The house was easily large enough for eight of us and had lots of additional living space in-doors and out for us to spread out a little. The location right on one of the river's canals was perfect and allowed us to put canoes in the water at Fountain de Vaucluse and get them out again in the front garden! There was plenty of space for our bicycles also. The house is within a few minutes walk of the center of Isle sur la Sorgue for easy trips into town. A bakery opposite supplied endless hot bread at all times of the day. Sebastain and Pascale were great hosts - relaxed and forever helpful. Highly recommended. You'll love it here.

A little slice of paradise
We were so impressed when we saw this property for the first time. It was better than the pictures and the real surprise was that there was a motorized gate that lead to the property so it was very private. The crystal clear river and the neighborhood ducks provided great pleasure. Our day trips to nearby villages made travel easy from this location and the owners were a delight. The kitchen and baths were a bit older but still provided everything we would need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A delightful Easter in L'Isle sur la Sorgue !
Pascale and Sebastien the owners were very quick to respond to our enquiries and readily accommodated our request to arrive 2 days earlier than originally planned. We arrived on Easter Saturday to a warm welcome and immediately felt the house seemed bigger than we had expected. We left to stock up at the local Super U ( 4 mins drive) on Pascale's recommendation as we feared they might be closed for next 2 days and we were not disappointed! Fabulous selection of fish, meat, veg, plus all the boring stuff you need. There were some supplies provided like toilet rolls, foil, cling film, washing up liquid available to last a few days. We returned with our purchases and relaxed on the front terrace enjoying the evening sunshine with some rose wine and the red they left for us.The wicker furniture was a very recent comfortable addition to the house and we spent many hours there contemplating life! Within 5 mins walk we were in the midst of the 4 day long antique market in the town. It was so wonderful to browse the hundreds of stalls selling everything you could imagine except, surprisingly, a wine rack that we wanted !! C'est la vie !! There are restaurants to suit most tastes and wallet sizes but our favorites were l'Aparte, Les Balade des Saveurs , La Praline and a special thank you to the restaurant at Les Terraces de David and Louisa who accommodated us when we were hoping to eat at l'Ecailler on Tuesday night after the fair was finished and we did not think we needed a reservation. They were closed along with three quarters of the town ! Victory from the jaws of defeat. We also cooked many meals in the house. The Smeg oven looked brand new and the dining table could easily accommodate 8 so the 3 of us were more than comfortable. There was plenty of wood for the fire in the living room where we retired on chilly nights. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots and pans and oven proof dishes. The 4 bedrooms were recently decorated in soothing stylish gray tones and upstairs ones have balconies with deck chairs. A mezzanine library with sofas provides a lovely additional sitting area . The bathrooms are the only thing that stop me giving this place a 5 . They are perfectly fine but as someone else stated , not finished to the same quality as the rest of the house. If there are plans to do this I'm sure the price will increase accordingly. As it stands, this is fantastic value for money especially if you fill it with 8 people.

Great property!
This was a fabulous property. Well maintained, well equipped, very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. The property was so convenient to the town. Just as pictured on the website. One of the highlights was being able to walk out in the evening and feed the ducks. They provided a good deal of free entertainment and an excuse to visit the boulangerie across the street for bread!
