Located in the center of La Bañeza in a quiet pedestrian street. You can walk everywhere. It is an old apartment renovated ten years ago, has three rooms and is all exterior, very spacious and bright. It has a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room.

La Bañeza is a regional center for the area and is located in the Via de la Plata, with mountain trails and great market on Saturdays. The house is in a pedestrian street with a restaurant-tavern, where you can enjoy the great tapas given free with the drink in this province.

La Bañeza is a small town but very well connected by road. It is in the km 303 of the A-6 (midway between Madrid and La Coruna), and is 48 km from León, 150 kilometers from Valladolid. You can easily reach all these cities and others in the many bus routes ALSA, which has one of the most important stations in La Bañeza.
The Bañeza has all the amenities of a small town, many restaurants to choose from, tapas bars, museums (Museum JEWELRY, OR imaginero museum and interpretive center of Bañezanas Lands), Church of the Savior of s. XI, Church of Santa Maria del s. XVI. The restored Teatro Pérez Alonso.
The bañezano carnival is one of the longest established festivals that have by all the inhabitants of the city and region. And as remarkable sports event is the Grand Prix village of La Bañeza speed, one of the few street circuits motorcycle.

Conocer la historia y la naturaleza del lugar
He estado muy a gusto en la casa y en la localidad de la Bañeza. La casa es grande y está situada en la zona centro. El edificio es muy silencioso y se llega andando a todos los lugares. Los alrededores de la Bañeza están cargados de historia y cultura. La naturaleza es otro de los alicientes de la zona. Un viaje especial.

Me ha parecido aceptable, aunque los armarios y utensilios un poco viejos. Debido a que el piso está encima de un bar se oyen bastantes voces por las noches. Está bien situado, cerca de la entrada a La Bañeza.
