For the price the room was acceptable. Clean, updated. But the physical building is super ugly on approach. They get points for trying (fresh paint and carpet) but it really is past its life and should be torn down. The view from our room was of the run-down trailer park next door. And there was a pervasive musty, humid smell from the pool/courtyard. Depressing overall. We stayed at a Days Inn in Winona the next night, and while also very basic, it was clean, perky and totally OK for a budget room.

This place was awesome for kids if you’d like to have a pool, hot tub and a little kitty pool! The service was amazing and the only drawback was refrigerator was replaced twice and it really didn’t work. Besides that everything was amazing.!

Quant hotel with nice amenities for family
Loved the pool area and the ease of access for the family. Rooms were clean but small. Bathroom was not the best cleaned and small. Our family was only there a couple days. Yes I would stay again despite the smallness of everything because we loved it.

We checked in for two nights but only ended up staying one. The air conditioning unit in our room had significant mold covering the vents, the tub faucet was leaking (clearly for a long time due to the strong stain around the drain), and we encountered noise issues with our neighboring room. Would recommend looking else where when staying in La Crosse.

This used to be a quality place to stay but it is outdated, pool area looks very dirty. Walking the halls you can see exposed wires by outlets/ by the cereal dispenser aswell. There was bug inside of the cereal dispenser and bugs in the room( one on the bed and one in the shower). Lights or shower fixtures were separating off the wall. This place really needs a refresh and a good cleaning. Do not over pay for this place of stay.
